What is SOS?
SOS (Smart One System) is one cloud platform that runs the day-to-day of a school, shop, pharmacy, gym, academy or marriage hall. Each business gets only the modules it needs, set up for its people and its rules.
Do I have to buy everything?
No. Modules are switched on per business, so you can start small and add more later. A new module is a configuration change, not a new product.
Does SOS work without the internet?
The shop till keeps selling offline and sends sales later. The Offline edition runs on one Windows PC for one branch with no internet at all, with a signed licence. Ask us whether it fits your setup.
Who can see my data?
Only the people in your business, and only what their role allows. Every business is kept strictly separate. You own your data and a full copy is available on request.
Is there a mobile app?
Staff and parents use the installable web app on a phone, with a phone-friendly layout. There is no app-store app yet.
How is it priced?
By module and branch. We share the current plan for your setup in a short conversation rather than a one-size-fits-all price list.
Can parents or customers pay online?
Not through a live payment provider yet. Fees are paid at the counter or by bank transfer and marked paid. Online payment is planned.
Does it support Urdu?
The product is in English at the moment.
Does it work with our existing till hardware?
The browser till works on any computer or tablet. Other till hardware is not part of the standard setup, so ask us about yours.
Can we import our medicine list?
Yes, from a CSV file, by a person who has the right to import.
Can parents see only their own children?
Yes. A parent account can only open the children linked to it, and cannot change anything.
Do members get an app?
Not yet. Members get a printable card with a QR code, and staff use the web app on any computer or phone.
Can two people book the same hall at the same time?
No. A second booking for the same hall and slot is refused.
Is it only for schools?
No. It is set up for academies too. The Quran screens come with the Academy business type and wording can be renamed per business.
Do we have to use school terms like “class” and “section”?
No. Words can be renamed for your business, so “class” can read “batch”.
