- Parents pay at the school or by bank transfer and the school marks it paid. Online payment is planned once a payment provider is chosen.
- WhatsApp and SMS notices are set up per school. Until then messages are simulated, and we will tell you plainly where yours stands.

School questions, answered
Can parents see only their own children?
Yes. A parent account can only open the children linked to it, and cannot change anything.
Does it handle late fees, concessions and installments?
Yes. Each is a switch you control, and fee heads are written by your own school, so the challan matches your rules.
What happens when the internet is unreliable?
Staff forms keep drafts, and the Offline edition runs on one PC with no internet at all. Parent notices go out when the connection is back.
Can we run several branches?
Yes. People can be limited to one or more branches, and the owner sees every branch together.
