How it works

Set up for you, in plain steps

You do not configure software alone. We shape SOS around your business, then your people start with their own screens.

Getting started

Four steps to your first day

  1. Tell us how you work

Your business type, how many branches, and who will use it. A WhatsApp chat or a call is enough.

  2. We shape your setup

We switch on the modules, roles and words that fit you, and set up your fee heads, items or plans.

  3. Bring your data in

Existing lists such as students or medicines come in from CSV files where possible.

  4. Your team starts

Each person sees only what their role allows, with how-to guidance on every screen.

Two ways to run

Online or offline

Choose by how reliable your internet is and how many people and branches you have.

Online (hosted)

Cloud, many devices

  • Several people, several devices, several branches.
  • Updates reach everyone together.
  • The shop till queues sales on the device when the internet drops and sends them later.
  • Staff screens keep drafts if the connection is lost.
Offline (single computer)

Windows PC, no internet

  • Runs on the business’s own Windows PC, for one branch.
  • A signed licence, with no mandatory online check.
  • Same software and data layout, so moving to Online later is possible.
  • Not suited to several branches or many devices at once.
Safety and control

Your data, your rules

Every business is kept strictly separate. Inside yours, you decide who sees what.

  • Roles and rights. Every screen and sensitive action is gated, and enforced on the server, not just hidden.
  • Strictly separate businesses. One business can never read another’s records.
  • A timeline nobody can edit. See who did what, when, with the old and new values.
  • Sessions end at once. Remove someone’s access and their sessions stop on the next request.
  • You own your data. A full copy is available on request.
Questions

About setup and data

Can we start with one module?

Yes. Modules are switched on per business, and a new module is a configuration change.

Can we move from Offline to Online later?

Yes. Both editions use the same software and data layout, so a business can move across. The platform owner can export a full copy of your data on request.

Who owns the data?

You do. A full copy is available on request at any time, including after you upgrade.
